When we spend our lives waiting until we're perfect or bulletproof before we walk into the arena, we ultimately sacrifice relationships and opportunities that may not be recoverable, we squander our precious time, and we turn our backs on our gifts, those unique contributions that only we can make.

The blister of ALL blisters!

For my job I work with a landscape maintenance crew and before we get into just the maintenance part of the job we end up planting close to a thousand flats of flowers. For those of you who do not know how much a flat contains it has 18 flowers in it. Anyway this picture shows a humongous blister on my hand from a 8 and a half work hour day in which I planted a majority of it. I had to get a picture of this sucker before I popped it and when I popped it with a needle the fluid shot out it was that big!!! Don't worry germaphobes I took a shower and really washed up before I popped it so I wouldn't get ANY infection.
